An excellent story. But what does prostate milling involve? A graphic description of this humiliating procedure and more detail on the encapsulation treatment would have improved an already first class story. Can we have a follow up story please.

brilliant use of humiliation and medical domination i know i always feel somewhat humiliated sitting in my psychiatrist's waiting room with other males coming and going and me in full make-up, dress and high heels - my wife insists on the high heels but the worst is when his female staff make an effort to tell me how cute i look or comment on choice of colors, skirt hieghts,etc.  it's all well meant but serves to put me in my proper place as a fulltime sissy slut

When I first read the story I was shocked with the lack of punctuation and paragraph breaks. I thought, here we go, another illiterate trying to write erotica. But as I read it my breathing got heavier, certain parts of me became very aroused and I got dizzy with excitement. At the end I had to catch my breath and close my eyes to regain my composure. A Happy Wife's genius is her ability to capture the moment and take the reader into the mind of the long suffering sissy. The cramped, hurried style creates tension, builds excitement, and denies the reader the opportunity to draw breath.
Brilliant! A fan forever.

i think this is a wonderful and well written story, the building of
the sissy's humiliation and shame,leading to 'the ultimate sacrifice',
that bit scares me, as someone who has fantasies of being made to be
a submissive tg person. i am fine with the clothes,(grin) the depilation and even embarrassingly huge breast implants, just the 'final cut' that causes a pause, although if i got that far there
would be little point in hanging on to it,(smile)especially if the choice was not mine...
